So you’ve made a good start but you want more right? I can help you improve regardless of your start point or help you get that GB age-group vest you dream of.
How does it work?
We start with a cheap first date online or face to face to get to know each other! Tell me about you, what’s worked and what hasn’t
If there’s a spark (!) then let’s break down the goals into manageable chunks and make a plan a future together ;)
We’ll use Training Peaks to plan and record training sessions and allow for communication and feedback
You’ll get access to face to face and online group run/bike sessions
Together we will continuously review and adjust the plan to help you reach the goals.
If it all works out maybe I’ll get to meet your family (at a race!)
What does it cost?
Prices start from £120 per month. It depends on the type and amount of input you require so let’s talk.

I want to progress to Elite level
Ok, so you’ve got that GB vest and have made great progress but you want to make the podium or even progress into the elite ranks? We need to maximise performance by ensuring appropriate progression, that technical and tactical performance aspects are optimised, ensuring your body is robust to cope with the demands of training and that you are appropriately fuelled.
You won’t get there without doing the right sort of racing. I will help you create the appropriate race schedule and can open doors for you to compete at the right level. In addition, I always recommend you train with a swim squad or a performance Triathlon swim group to maximise swim performance.

Where required we will look at your strength, pre-habilitation and nutritional requirements and create a bespoke plan to reduce injury risk and enhance performance
We’ll use Training Peaks to plan, record and analyse training sessions and allow for ongoing communication and feedback
One to one sessions (face to face & online) for specific coaching
Access to group run and bike sessions (face to face & online)
Continuous review and adjustment of the plan to reach the goals

Ok, so you’re a group of athletes or a club and you’d like some quality coaching. I deliver bespoke run, bike or brick sessions that focus on Triathlon specific fitness and/or technical aspects of the sport.
I love to work with groups over a period of time to make impact. However, talk to me about your needs and let’s make it happen.
